Our firm uses a team approach for compiling project information and design development. The team is headed by a project Architect that coordinates all project aspects from schematics through project closeout.

The project Architect/manager will meet with the owner and/or their representatives to develop the program and follow the concepts and ideas through construction.

Our approach to developing quality control starts in schematic design phase, where we review the project for code issues and constructability.

Prior to presentation to the client the concept is reviewed for basic code compliance and those findings are incorporated into the presentation. After the review and presentation to the owner, any comments are integrated into the design work and a second code review is performed. The project is then again presented to the owner and prepared for working drawings.

The same system is used through the working drawings process incorporating input from the team, including the subconsultants. Each team reviews the assemblage of each appropriate discipline and modifications are made until a permit ready set is created.
